We're willing to stand up and admit if something is our fault. So, with that in mind, we offer the following to ALL of our guests on any of our upfront, 'paid' tours : If you are unsatisfied with anything to do with your tour, or the level of customer service you've received, we'll be only too happy to offer you a full refund, no questions asked. That's how confident we are in our ability to make your time in Scotland special.
All you have to do is email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of your tour end, requesting a refund and explaining why you were unhappy with the tour you received. We'll process a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your email.
